GRAPES:

85 % Bobal

10 % Tempranillo

5 % Merlot

 

TASTE:

Elegant dark red and black fruits filled with envelopping and subtle hints of vanilla and spices with smooth velvety tannins. Amazing length and minerality.

AGEING:

Fermentation in 800L clay amphoras, called "tinajas" and ageing during a year in 500L oak barrels called "barricas".
