Grapes: 100% Bobal

Winemaking process:  The wine is fermented in the traditional way and aged for 18 months in 800L clay amphorae called «Tinajas» under a frequency of 432Htz «the frequency of the earth». This frequency accelerates the fermentation process. 

Tasting:  Tinajas provide, in addition to an unrivalled minerality, a deep expression of freshness and a fruity sensation. With music, the aromas are more developed, the wine fruitier, its typicity more marked. 

Pairings:  This wine will be fantastic with asparagus, grilled meat. You open a bottle for a special occasion ? Try it with bread with truffle butter, it will be a gourmet’s delight!
